Why is it hard to find talent?
Hiring qualified people has always been difficult. It is now, it has been in the past and it will
be in the future.
More than being a problem, it is a structural challenge for companies, as it is also to find customers, both a consequence of the natural law of the marketplace. In fact, both challenges go hand in hand, because people are a source of competitive advantage for organizations and it is this strength the one that generates sales, among other factors.
The main cause of this challenge to become a problem occurs when we think only in terms of business, without putting the workers at the corresponding level, considering that a person is not a merchandise or a product, placing in first place the company strategy.
